Returns

• You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• To start a return, please contact us at support@celnoir.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

• Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, such as DHL or FedEx, to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Notes

• Personalized, customized, or final sale items cannot be returned unless defective.
