1. How long does delivery take?
All orders within the European Union are delivered within 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Deliveries are handled by DHL and FedEx.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the European Union.
3. Can I return an item?

4. How do I return an item?
To start a return, contact us at support@celnoir.com with your order number and details of the item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service like DHL or FedEx.
5. Can I exchange an item?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Do you ship outside the EU?
At the moment, we ship only within the European Union. International shipping may be added in the future.
